臺灣演員、導演。其創作主題多以情慾為核心,環繞著性權、性別認同、性/浪漫傾向、弱勢族群、宗教治療、空間政治等探討議題,作品中常見手作感與儀式性的表現手法,擅長利用場域與人物的關係凸顯互文性的象徵意義,因而創造出獨樹一幟的影像敘事風格。《今晚我開了第一槍》講述一名身障者被性義工服務的過程及感受;《華江閣樓》探討在國民教育窠臼裡,一名女學生對性別意識的自我覺知;《大馬哈魚》透過再現臺灣地方志的手法進入一名神祕女子的情慾異想世界。
首支短片作品《果醬》獲得了Signes de Nuit國際影展評審團大獎、休士頓國際影展評審團特別獎,爾後的作品入圍過金穗獎最佳劇情片、南方影展正式競賽片及許多國內外影展,亦曾獲文化部電影短片輔導金補助;首部長片劇本《傑生的兩三年》與首部影集劇本《此處無水草》分別入圍了文化部優良電影劇本獎及電視節目劇本創作獎;第二部長片劇本《愛情狂熱份子》獲「拍台北」電影劇本佳作獎。

A director and actor in Taiwan. In Ming's works, for the most part, erotic is the creative core, this topic is explored around gender issues, sexual rights, sexual/romantic orientation, religious healing, politics of space, and the disadvantaged. Ritual expression and indie craft are common in his shorts. He is good at using the relationship between the scene and the characters to highlight the symbolic meaning of intertextuality, thus creating his own unique image narrative style. Come to Tonight is about the feelings and process of a disabled being sexually serviced; Huajiang Girls focuses on a female student seeing her own inner gender. His latest short: Dawaimaha, which allows us to peek at the erotic fantasy of a mysterious woman by expressing the representation of local history from Taiwan, is a magical realist film with ridiculous and warm.
His first short film Jam won the Grand Prize of Signes de Nuit International Film Festival and the Special Jury Prize of Houston International Film Festival. Other shorts were selected for the Golden Harvest Award and the South Taiwan Film Festival, and subsidized the short film funds by the Ministry of Culture as well. His first feature screenplay A Thousand Days of Millennials was selected for the Excellent Screenplay Award by the Ministry of Culture; his first TV series Mystery of The Water Grass was selected for the TV Screenwriting Award by the Ministry of Culture. His second feature screenplay Walking in The Lakeside was awarded the honorable mention of Filming Taipei Screenplay Competition.
