性權即人權的一種。對於身障者而言,他們不能輕易自我滿足性慾，其往往因行為能力有限，或⻑時間受父母、師⻑、看護人員照顧的情形下，而無法輕易主張自己的性需求，本片主旨在於傳達重度身障者滿足性慾的心境及想像力。
